Since 2014, DFU has been engaged in the production, procurement, sales, export, import, distribution, and marketing of frozen bakery products. Its extensive portfolio ranges from bread and baguettes to breakfast accompaniments like simit and poğaça, as well as specialty dough products such as buns and croissants. Acquired by our company in 2023, DFU is one of the strongest players in the frozen bakery market, with an annual production capacity of approximately 15,000 tons and over 200 products across six categories.

Wholly owned by our company, Kerpe Gıda was established in 2020 and operates in the production, trade, marketing, and export of all kinds of agricultural and animal products.

Marsa Yağ Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Marsa Yağ Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which houses some of Türkiye’s most established brands, became a subsidiary of our company in 2013. It operates in the production and sales of edible oils and edible oil-based products.

The integrated production facility located in Adana holds the distinction of being the edible oil production plant with the highest capacity established on a single site in Türkiye. This modern and comprehensive facility produces industrial oils, out-of-home consumption products, bakery fats, as well as liquid oils and margarines for the retail segment, all in accordance with high-quality standards.

With exports to more than 40 countries, Marsa holds a strong position not only in Türkiye but also in international markets. Actively operating in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, the company stands out with its flexible production and product adaptation capabilities tailored to the expectations of different regions. Marsa’s branded and private label products are found both on local shelves and in global retail chains.

With its wide product range, Marsa caters not only to the domestic market but also to international markets, offering solutions for food manufacturers, the hotel–restaurant–café (HORECA) channel, bakery professionals, and retail consumers.

Thanks to its sectoral experience, strong brands, and sustainable production approach, Marsa is a reliable and powerful player in the food industry.

Our company holds a 70% share in Marsa’s capital.

Established in 1998, Berk Enerji operates in electricity generation and supplies energy to our oil factory in Istanbul.
Our company holds an 88.17% stake in Berk Enerji.

Besmar Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
Wholly owned by our company, Besmar Gıda was founded in 2022 and operates in the production, trade, marketing, and export of all kinds of agricultural and animal products, including all types of liquid and solid oil products and other food items.
