Information Regarding the Investor Compensation Center (Yatırımcı Tazmin Merkezi ) Application Deadline 

With respect to the shares and investment fund participation units whose ownership was transferred to the Investor Compensation Center due to not having been dematerialized within the prescribed period, refunds/payments are made to the rightful owners by the Investor Compensation Center pursuant to the provisions of the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to be Made to Investors by the Investor Compensation Center Following the Partial Annulment of the Fourth Paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362," dated 7 September 2016 (the "Regulation").

In accordance with the Regulation, the deadline for rightful owners to apply to the Investor Compensation Center with the required documents is 6 September 2026.

The application process consists of two stages. The first stage is the delivery of the originals of the physical share certificates held by the applicant to our Company against a delivery record. The second stage is the submission of an application to the Investor Compensation Center by 6 September 2026, together with the required documents, including at minimum the delivery record, application petition, copy of identity document and, if applicable, documents evidencing inheritance or power of attorney.
